To officially secure your date and time, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 75% of the total package fee. Dates are strictly booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are not reserved until the deposit is received.

Our standard delivery time for portraits and general events is 1 to 2 days after the shoot. For larger events like weddings, we will provide a sneak peek within a few days, with the full gallery delivered as per the timeline outlined in your specific contract.

We deliver high-resolution digital files through secure cloud links like Pixieset or Google Drive. For immediate sharing, we can also send them via WhatsApp as "Documents" to ensure there is no loss in image quality.

No, we do not provide RAW or unedited files. Editing is a crucial part of our creative process and the AliNafe Photography brand. You will receive the best images from the session, fully edited and color-corrected to our high standards.

We make payments easy! You can pay via Airtel Mobile Money, MTN Mobile Money, FNB eWallet, or direct bank transfer to our Zanaco Bank account.

Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, that time is deducted from your total session time. Significant delays may also attract a late penalty fee as it impacts our shooting schedule.

Yes, we love to travel! While we are based in Woodlands Extension, Lusaka, we cover events across Zambia. Travel and accommodation fees will apply for locations outside of Lusaka.
